Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Jewelry Operations Associate to support the jewelry department’s day-to-day functions. Responsibilities include processing and tagging jewelry, maintaining inventory, and assisting with trunk shows and special orders.

The role also involves tracking repairs, managing repair logs, and supporting the sales team in store initiatives as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required along with the ability to learn systems and jewelry IT tools.

• Ability to quickly learn systems, jewelry standards, and IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, book, and ticket jewelry merchandise and resolve PO discrepancies.
• Process vendor returns and transfers, including packing shipments and tracking outbound merchandise.
• Maintain repair logs and track repairs, submitting invoices with documentation.
• Support trunk show preparation, inventory verification, setup, takedown, and business recaps.
• Complete case counts, reconcile discrepancies, prepare special orders, and maintain department supplies.
• Assist the selling team and support other store initiatives as assigned.
