Neiman Marcus is seeking a Jewelry Operations Associate to support all operational functions of the Jewelry Department. responsibilities include processing new merchandise, returns to vendors, transfers, repairs, trunk shows, and daily inventory tasks. You will assist on the selling floor and ensure accurate case counts and proper tagging.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Salary ranges are provided and benefited with medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus an employee

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn systems, jewelry standards, and IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is entered into the case count system after it has been received.
• Retrieve and process merchandise to be returned to the vendor or transferred per standards.
• Maintain a repair log and track repairs with vendors or local shops.
• Submit repair invoices to Accounts Payable with proper documentation.
• Receive merchandise for trunk shows and verify against manifest list.
• Assist in trunk show setup/take-down and recap the results.
• Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
• Reticket merchandise lacking tickets and unreadable tags.
• Prepare special order requests and submit to buyers.
• Assist Selling Manager on the selling floor as needed.
• Ensure department stock levels of supplies.
