Job summary

Kinn, a fine jewelry brand crafting modern heirlooms, is seeking a full-time Keyholder & Client Advisor for our Newport Beach flagship store. You will lead daily client experience, product knowledge, sales, and service excellence to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include clienteling, meeting sales targets, visual merchandising, floor operations, and supporting store leadership. Previous luxury retail experience and strong communication are essential; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, Word).
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and build relationships with guests.
• Assist clients in selecting styles and conveying brand vision.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store metrics.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with floor sets and replenishment.
• Support opening and closing duties and collaborate with management.
