Zadig & Voltaire in Newport Beach is seeking a Key Holder to join our luxury boutique team. You will support daily operations, open/close the store, and deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's elevated standards.

You will contribute through expert styling, strong product knowledge, and proactive clienteling while maintaining premium visual presentation and a positive team atmosphere.

Competenze

• Experience in client-focused retail sales with a proven track record.
• Strong customer service and ability to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and personalized service.
• Comfort with store operations including replenishment, stocking and visuals.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic office tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

• Open/close the boutique and oversee daily operations when management is off-site.
