Hermès of Paris in Manhasset, NY is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, process shipments, and oversee aftersales service in a luxury retail environment.

You will organize weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, maintain documentation, and collaborate with management to replenish stock while controlling costs and assets. This role requires hands-on work at a company location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervisory role in luxury retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Experience using internal systems and shipping software programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Check in all returns and reconcile with prior day’s activity.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates.
• Process, record, and follow up on all aftersales service.
• Develop inventory and replenish needs with store management.
