Job summary

Hermès Meatpacking Boutique is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, process shipments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will support weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, ensure proper documentation, and oversee aftersales processing under the guidance of leadership.

You will work with store management to analyze stock needs, replenish levels, and maintain inventory integrity while upholding the brand’s standards and asset

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervisory role in luxury retail preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail
• Adherence to store policies and asset protection procedures
• Experience with technology to operate internal systems and external shipping software
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, organized store inventory
• Lead cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with management guidance
• Process incoming/outgoing shipments on the same business day
• Complete documentation and ticketing for merchandise
• Verify returns against prior day’s activity
• Ticket, price updates, and manage merchandise to support sales
• Coordinate aftersales service processing and recordkeeping
• Manage inventory for damages and replenish needs
• Collaborate with store management to analyze business and optimize stock
• Contribute to ongoing inventory development and improvements
