Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational functions such as inventory control and maintenance.
• Manages shipping and receiving department for timely merchandise movement.
• Coordinates staff for efficient back-of-house operations.
• Coordinates evacuation drills and emergency response training.
