Job summary

Hermès Meatpacking Boutique in New York is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, receipts, ticketing, and transfers in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will lead weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and ensure documentation, stock safety, and budget alignment. This role requires 2+ years in operations, strong communication, and proficiency with shipping and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervisory role in luxury retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience with shipping and inventory software.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in store cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Check in all returns against previous day’s business.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates.
• Process aftersales service and manage damages inventory.
• Collaborate with store management to replenish needs.
