Pivotal Talent Search Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Manhattan showroom. The role focuses on engaging clients in person and across channels, managing quotes, and driving sales in a fast-paced, luxury interior design environment.

You will leverage Salesforce and MS Office to track communications, quotes, and client interactions, while collaborating with the team to grow the client base and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients in person, by phone, email and online platforms to understand needs.
• Collaborate on interiors projects, including design development and budgets.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Create detailed sales quotes with pricing and follow-up with clients.
• Use Salesforce to maintain records of communications and quotes.
• Strive to achieve and exceed showroom sales goals.
• Collaborate with team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
