Job summary

Kravet in Dallas seeks a design-savvy Senior Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will represent luxury brands including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia, delivering white-glove service to interiors designers and high-end clients in a fast-paced environment.

You excel at consultative selling, manage a busy CRM workflow, and build lasting relationships while meeting annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Industry experience or formal education in interior design preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in luxury/home design.
• Ability to provide white-glove service to designer clients.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling to identify designer needs and sell across textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting.
• Present luxury products in a professional, inspiring manner aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to maximize showroom sales.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target client groups to grow territory.
• Log interactions and order statuses in CRM for seamless service.
• Collaborate with road representatives and a small showroom team.
