Kravet Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a design-savvy Sales Associate to join our showroom and represent a world-class portfolio including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.

This role combines consultative selling, relationship-building with designers, and hands-on product presentation across textiles, furnishings, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with a base salary plus potential commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Formación

• Industry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.
• Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in luxury home design products.
• Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide white-glove service.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting.
• Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and brand-aligned manner.
• Account Management: Follow up on quotes and leads to maximize conversion and showroom sales.
• Business Development: Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.
• Digital Excellence: Use CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide superb customer service.
• Collaborate with road reps and showroom team to coordinate efforts.
