Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC seeks an Inside Sales professional for our Boston Studio. You will engage with clients in person and remotely, support interiors projects, and manage quotes and customer communications with Salesforce.

Strong communication and CRM experience are essential to thrive in a luxury product environment. The role requires at least two years in inside sales, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of inside sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms.
• Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs and design development.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Create detailed sales quotes with pricing and quantities.
• Maintain accurate communications and quotes in Salesforce.
• Strive to achieve and exceed showroom sales goals.
• Collaborate with team to generate new clients and sales.
