Equinox NYC is seeking an Inside Sales Membership Advisor to manage inbound digital leads and guide prospects toward memberships. You will deliver a personalized, luxury buying experience while building strong relationships via phone, email, and text.

You’ll leverage Active listening, empathy, and Salesforce to track progress and hit individual sales goals, collaborating with senior leadership to refine outreach and ensure exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment.
