Sales Recruiters seeks a Director of the Inside Sales team to lead the national sales function from its Denver headquarters. You will double the high-performing team from five to twelve reps, implement disciplined pipeline management, and partner with Co-Founders to refine strategy and drive revenue.

You will recruit, coach and hold the team to clear metrics while engaging with high-net-worth clients and managing relationships to achieve aggressive growth and stock-option upside.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-touch luxury sales environments with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience building and leading inside sales teams.
• Ability to recruit, coach and hold a team accountable to clear metrics.
• Strong emotional intelligence and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Inside Sales function from Denver headquarters.
• Double the sales team from 5 to 12 representatives and instill pipeline discipline.
• Refine sales strategy and coach the team to drive revenue performance.
• Personally engage with high-value clients and oversee client relationships.
