Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service to support their in-store experience.
• Develop relationships with internal and external clients by phone or electronic communication.
• Assist sales teams and relay product information to clients.
• Coordinate deliveries and alterations, and support marketing/PR requests.
• Ensure a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and assist on-store operations as needed.
