Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor with a passion for exceptional guest service. You will oversee the In-Room Dining team, ensuring high standards, coordination with other departments, and smooth service delivery around the clock in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills and guest-facing abilities.
• At least one year of experience in a similar environment with food and beverage knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and restaurant systems.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all In-Room Dining staff to meet standards.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, handle guest requests and complaints.
• Describe and ensure quality of food items and present wine/spirits knowledge.
• Attend regular meetings to coordinate with other departments.
• Inspect facility and equipment and suggest improvements.
• Assist with taking orders, presenting and delivering to rooms.
• Assist with cleanliness of operating areas.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for anI n-Room Dining Supervisor who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The In-Room Dining Supervisor is an integral part of the In-Room Dining team and oversees the operation when there is not an In-Room Dining Manager or Assistant Manager present.

What you will do:

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s In-Room Dining Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

• Describe and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services.

• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

• Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

• Assist with the service of taking food orders, preparing the presentation and delivering orders to the room.

• Assist with the cleanliness of the operational areas.

What you will bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Excellent communication skills, as well as guest contact and organization skills

• Candidates should have at least one year previous experience in a similar environment and have a solid knowledge of food and beverage.

• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems

• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
