Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Room Service Assistant Manager to oversee the entire in-room dining operation in the absence of the F&B Room Service Manager, delivering luxury, four-diamond service to guests.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with four-diamond standards, manage orders, training, and guest interactions, and coordinate with the outlet chef and beverage manager to maintain impeccable presentation and personalized service throughout all in-room dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end, four-diamond hospitality environments preferred.
• Ability to manage luxury in-room dining service and guest interactions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PRC policies and ensure adherence to high-end service protocols.
• Ensure high-end in-room dining techniques, presentation, timing, and personalization.
• Supervise outlet personnel, schedule, coaching, and training for luxury service standards.
• Manage inventory and cash handling procedures; operate POS as needed.
• Coordinate with outlet chef and beverage manager on guest requests and special functions.
• Maintain four-diamond standards and safety protocols.
