Four Seasons Baltimore is seeking an In Room Dining Manager to lead and coach the Food & Beverage team, ensuring exemplary guest experiences around 24-hour in-room services and a private bar. You will train staff, manage costs, and collaborate with leadership to design appealing menus and amenities in a luxury setting.

The role requires a college degree in hospitality and 2–3 years in F&B management, with strong English proficiency and experience with F&B systems.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of F&B service, cost and labor control.
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train F&B staff in In Room Dining.
• Ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards and guest service.
• Design menu and amenity options with leadership team.
• Control labor and expenses through scheduling and budgeting.
• Monitor facilities and equipment and recommend improvements.
