Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Room Service Assistant Manager to oversee the in-room dining operation in the absence of the F&B Room Service Manager, delivering luxury service to guests in a four-diamond setting.

The role emphasizes elevated hospitality standards, supervision of outlet staff, coaching, menu presentation, safety, and adherence to four-diamond quality, with responsibilities including scheduling, training, and guest personalization.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED or related experience; preferred experience in high-end in-room dining or luxury resorts.
Experience in high-end, four-diamond hospitality environments is preferred, especially in in-room dining or luxury resort settings.
Flexibility to work all shifts and manage staff in fast-paced luxury environments.

Oversee all in-room dining operations in the absence of the F&B Room Service Manager.
Coach and develop outlet staff; monitor service standards and guest interactions.
