Job summary

Pendry Chicago is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting. You will assist guests with menu selections, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service with attention to detail.

You are passionate about spirits, wine, and food, personable, and eager to learn and grow. A minimum of one year in food and beverage is required; Micros experience is a plus. Benefits include meals, uniforms, and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Prior Micros or other systems experience is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer dessert or coffee options.
• Promote menu items and upsell to enhance the dining experience.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow service sequence.
• Deliver WOW moments and ensure guest satisfaction.
