Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Monitor inventories and order supplies to avoid shortages.

• Assist management with scheduling and labor controls.
• Ensure in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Inspect guest rooms and service areas to maintain clean standards.
• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.

• Perform duties outside normal scope as needed.
