Pendry Chicago is seeking a Cocktail Server who can engage guests with warmth, knowledge, and hospitality. You will guide guests through our beverage menu, perform service with precision, and work closely with bartenders to maintain a premium experience.

Qualifications

• Strong guest engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to upsell and guide guests through a beverage menu.
• Willingness to work in a luxury hotel environment and collaborate with team members.
• Prior micros or other POS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, listen to their wants, and make cocktail recommendations based on their desires.
• Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge and skilled upselling techniques.
• Consistently follow the food & beverage sequence of service with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with bartenders and associates in a positive, respectful manner.
• Maintain lounge and table cleanliness and promptly address spills or hazards.
• Adhere to state liquor service regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver WOW moments and perform additional duties as needed.
