• Ability to transport service trays or carts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Greet guests upon arrival, confirm the order, and present items clearly and neatly.
• Set up in-room dining service according to resort standards, including tray or table placement, condiments, and service ware.
• Explain menu items or accompaniments as needed and respond to guest questions with confidence.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and awareness of guest privacy at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and order takers regarding special requests, allergies, or modifications.
• Process payments accurately in accordance with resort procedures.
