Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel housekeeping leadership experience is required.
• OPERA PMS and Windows literacy are highlypreferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations to meet brand standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure memorable stays.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and scheduling using Watson labor tools.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve department goals.
• Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service.
