Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and collaboration with front desk and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and exceptional guest experiences. Exempt, full-time property-based position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years housekeeping supervisory/management in hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning and public areas.
• Ensure timely cleaning, inspection, and release of guest rooms.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance on room status and repairs.
• Enforce brand standards and supervise supervisors and attendants.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff; manage schedules and payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies; control costs.
• Respond to guest requests; support VIP amenities and room preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
