Highgate Hotels is seeking a House Attendant in Bloomingdale, IL to maintain cleanliness and assist with guest services across assigned areas. The role includes delivering items to guestrooms and supporting housekeeping operations to uphold hotel standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and physical stamina to lift and stand for shifts. Excellent communication and a courteous, service-oriented demeanor are essential for guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues in a courteous, service-oriented manner.

Responsabilidades

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in the public areas according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Manage Lost and Found items according to hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Support emergency procedures and safety protocols as trained.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
