You will perform pre-cleaning duties, restock carts, and report items or maintenance needs to ensure a smooth guest experience. The position emphasizes physical activity, adherence to housekeeping standards, and strong communication with guests and team members, with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers in a courteous, service-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
