Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, supporting our culinary teams and enhancing guest experiences.
You will ensure sanitation standards across outlets, operate dishwashing equipment, and help maintain back-of-house areas. A $1,000 gross sign-on bonus applies after 90 days, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.
Qualifications
- TB clearance required by Hawaii State Department of Health.
- Legal work authorization in United States required.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Willingness to learn and support team across multiple outlets.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
- Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.

As a Steward, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety ensures our kitchens and restaurants operate at the highest standards across all outlets.
Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period and probationary review—start strong and be rewarded for your success!

- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
- Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
- Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets
