Qualifications

• California Food Handlers Certification required.
• Successful completion of satisfactory background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
• Expressions of sincere enthusiasm for the role.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion; able to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and put away dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Restock kitchen with dry, sanitized items.
• Assist with minor food prep or plating as directed by culinary leadership.
• Close duties including shutting down equipment and securing area.
• Communicate chemical ordering needs and log any breakage.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
