Job summary

Gravitas Beverly Hills is seeking a dedicated dish Steward to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. You will manage dishwashing operations and support venue events with setup and breakdown.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid, non-expired Food Handlers’ card.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Follow health standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors and walls.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine and related equipment.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming supply orders.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events.
• Follow all Department of Health standards and safety procedures.
