Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Steward who will support the kitchen by cleaning and sanitizing dishware and maintaining cleanliness across culinary areas. The role requires a careful, service-focused individual with strong teamwork and safety awareness.

The successful candidate will lift up to 100 lbs, hold an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate and have legal US work authorization. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Illinois Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
