• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation techniques and health department rules.

• Regularly communicates and collaborates with Culinary Partners and consultants for operational changes.
• Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
• Professional yet open to feedback with guest and employee experience in mind.
