We are seeking a Restaurant Chef to lead day‑to‑day culinary operations in a high‑volume setting in Phoenix, developing menus, guiding the team, and upholding the highest guest‑experience standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams while delivering hospitality excellence.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor, cost controls, and profitability.
• Proficiency with POS and reservation platforms (OpenTable and similar).
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and real-time decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead the culinary team.
• Develop menus, maintain standards, train staff, and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Manage food costs and kitchen performance.
