As a Server, you will take guest orders, describe items with vivid detail, coordinate with kitchen and bar, ensure timely service, handle payments, and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage and as a server.
• Thrives in fast-paced, large team environments.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of Minneapolis and surrounding areas is desirable.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is preferred.
• Must be flexible with schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays.
• Must be able to carry a tray and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• TIPS & ServSafe certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and describe food & beverage items with vivid detail.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and bar, coordinating timing.
• Transport items to guest tables promptly and ensure food quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and provide personalized service.
• Read each table and adapt to create a customized experience for local and visiting guests.
• Close guest checks and handle payments accurately.
• Set up and break down tables and dining room areas.
• Collaborate professionally with teammates and supervisors.
• Assist during heavy volume in Food & Beverage when needed.
