Responsibilities

Welcome guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service on-track and up to standard.
Own your section and manage supplies and equipment, minimising waste.
Inform supervisor about unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents.
Help create a safe space by following safety procedures and using protective gear.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet local laws.
Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
Assist guests with queries or advice to enhance their experience.
Wear the uniform with pride and adhere to brand standards.
Take on ad-hoc duties as the team requires.
