Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver memorable guest experiences from start to finish. You’ll welcome guests warmly, offer inspired recommendations, and ensure seamless service throughout the dining journey.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read/write well, and be flexible for night/weekend/holiday shifts, while complying with food and alcohol regulations. Join us for a role with training, uniforms, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs and perform bending/kneeling as needed.
• Strong reading, writing and basic maths abilities.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Comply with local laws on food handling and alcohol service; fluent in local language.

Responsibilities

• Strive to make every meal memorable by serving with care and our signature flair.
• Own and maintain a clean, stocked kitchen/work area and safety standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Minimize waste and notify supervisor about unsafe equipment or low supplies.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.
