Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an attentive Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment. You will receive orders, upsell items, handle payments, and maintain service standards throughout shifts.

Eligibility requires a High School diploma, excellent English skills, and 3 years of upscale F&B experience. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 3 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Proficient knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks. (bench test required)

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guests orders and collect payment.
• Maintain tables, stations, and POS operations.
• Upsell food, beverage and promotional items to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members throughout service.
