Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security officers. The role supports the Security Manager and ensures protection of guests, associates and hotel property while enforcing rules and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least 1+ year of security experience, preferably in hotels, and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of security experience, preferably in hotels.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of security officers.
• Act as main contact in absence of Director of Security.
• Conduct training and coaching as needed.
• Protect guests, associates and property; enforce hotel rules and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Fire Command Center when needed.
• Prepare and file comprehensive incident reports and assist with investigations.
• Maintain safety awareness to minimize accidents and losses.
