Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to enhance every guest touchpoint and guide front desk operations. You will collaborate with F&B, Concierge, Front Desk, and Housekeeping to deliver anticipatory service and memorable moments for guests.

The role requires strong hospitality know-how, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to coach staff while managing VIP preparations and feedback programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years front office/hospitality experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Twin Cities area.
• Reading, writing, and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance guest experience across hotel touchpoints.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor trends and implement improvements.
• Engage guests, gather feedback and resolve issues.
• Coach Front Desk staff on concierge expectations.
