Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to, and train for emergency/security systems and incidents.
• Serve as safety and policy lead for the overnight shift.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with tasks as needed.
• Patrol building to identify safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Write incident reports and conduct investigations.
• Liaise with law enforcement and hotel teams as required.
