Job summary

The St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio seeks a Sales Coordinator / Outlet Coordinator to act as the essential link between Sales & Marketing, hotel operations, F&B, and clients.

You will handle sales administration, restaurant group business development, and client support with professionalism and hospitality. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while representing the hotel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, restaurants, events, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate inquiries for hotel and restaurant group business.
• Assist with proposals, correspondence, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, group, and reservation information in applicable hotel systems.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with follow-up, scheduling, appointments, and daily administrative needs.
• Assist with client meetings, sales initiatives, networking events, and special projects.
