• Minimum 1 year experience in Marriott brand systems, preferably in sales or events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the properties use, effectiveness and compliance of the Sales system.
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
• Coordinate rooming lists and manage group inquiries.
• Ensure clear communication between sales, guest services and clients for excellent service.
• Maintain brand standards and promote the hotel image internally and externally.
• Enter and reconcile data in sales software and related systems.
