Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott brand systems in sales or events is required or preferable.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate group bookings, room blocks, and event details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate use and compliance of the Sales system for the property.
• Prepare sales documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Coordinate rooming lists and event setup details.
• Serve as liaison between sales, guest services, and clients to ensure excellent service.
