Job summary

Hotel Granduca Houston is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, coaching staff and guiding service standards under the Food & Beverage leadership team. You will supervise shifts, assist with scheduling, and support training to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years in luxury hotel F&B, strong menu knowledge, and a focus on efficiency and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management; advanced certifications preferred.
• 2–4 years of luxury hotel F&B management experience.
• Proven track record in service excellence and financial performance.
• Experience managing multiple outlets including fine dining and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations for smooth service.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision and coach staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and reinforce service standards.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Assist with reservations, seating, and table flow.
• Monitor costs and assist with payroll, budgeting, and P&L reviews.
• Support onboarding and training on menu knowledge.
