The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking a senior restaurant manager to launch and oversee a new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property. You will lead daily operations, mentor teams, and shape the guest experience, from reservations to private events, while upholding the brand's standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years in luxury dining, hotel setting preferred, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and hospitality excellence.

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor.
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.
