Noble House Hotels & Resorts invites a Meridian Assistant Floor Restaurant Manager to join the Meridian Restaurant and Bar at Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa. You will lead front-of-house operations, mentor servers, and ensure exceptional guest service in a refined Pacific Northwest setting.

Housing assistance may be available and the team focuses on warm hospitality in a luxury resort environment. Expect a hands-on leadership role with peak dining shifts, collaboration with the restaurant

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manager experience in a full-service luxury restaurant/hotel environment (preferred).
• State certified food handlers and/or Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service quality; ensure servers and FOH staff have menu/product knowledge and execute vision.
• Deliver high-level service through a trained, managed team.
• Be available at peak dinner times for guest and team inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Meridian Restaurant Manager to create a seamless guest experience for Meridian-Headlands guests.
• Assist in overseeing the bar operation.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Support successful execution of special events and banquet service.
• Lead the FOH team to deliver on brand promise and champion Meridian culture.
