Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a line cook for Meridian Restaurant and Bar inside the Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa in Pacific City, Oregon. Join a luxury coastal dining team and help prepare refined dishes, adapt to seasonal menus, and contribute to a warm hospitality experience.

As a line cook, you will handle multiple stations, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards while delivering high-quality plates with attention to detail and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in an upscale casual dining restaurant or similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly during busy periods.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, to guest specs.
• Follow recipes and procedures and maintain presentation standards.
• Manage inventory and alert when supplies are running low.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Assist with development of new dishes and menu ideas.
• Be flexible and take on new tasks as assigned by the head chef.
