Job summary

Meridian Restaurant and Bar, located inside Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, offers NW coastal cuisine with a welcoming dining experience. Noble House Pacific City LLC invites a Food Server to join a team dedicated to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

This role focuses on taking orders, delivering meals tableside, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area in a fine-dining setting. Morning shifts and professional presentation are required.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
• Availability for morning AM shifts from 7am to 3pm.
• Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders while making recommendations from knowledge of Meridian menu.
• Deliver food and beverages orders tableside in timely manner.
• Properly handle billing, gratuities, and other financial matters related to each guest.
• Maintain assigned and specific side-work to ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Interact with guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate the POS for order placement and receipt of payment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure meeting all compliance with Headlands and Meridian Policies, and Health Department and OLCC Laws.
• Perform other duties as requested and instructed by the restaurant manager.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with good personal hygiene.
• Extensive knowledge of Meridian food and beverage menus.
• Work as a team player with Headlands Employees.
• Coordinate with Meridian kitchen to ensure food order meets brand standards.
