Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings is hiring a Receiving Clerk for The Cooper, supporting the Purchasing team by maintaining inventory levels and organizing storerooms to Forbes-standard condition. You will ensure timely distribution of supplies to all hotel departments, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work early mornings or weekends as needed in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Prior storeroom, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred; hospitality experience valued.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience using procurement/inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to established SOPs.
• Verify quantities and quality against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate stock levels for OS&E, housekeeping, spa, minibar, F&B non-perishables, and operational materials.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventories.
• Report low stock levels, discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality concerns promptly.
• Accurately pick, pack, and distribute items based on approved department requisitions.
• Deliver goods in a timely and courteous manner to Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, F&B, Retail, Security, and other departments.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and staging goods for stocking.
• Coordinate with the Loading Dock Manager on delivery discrepancies or storage concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and sanitation guidelines; support sustainability initiatives.
