Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing wake-up calls, and following up to ensure satisfaction while maintaining professional, friendly interactions across shifts

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management, in person and by telephone.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Interact in a polite, professional and engaging manner with resort guests at all times.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and clear in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with guests to ensure requests or problems are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security to resolve guest needs.
• Record wake-up calls and deliver to the appropriate department.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Engage guests in conversation about their stay and local area attractions.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members and other departments.
• Promote teamwork and promptly assist others to ensure guest service.
